Not bad but expected more!

The sound from these speakers is a lot better than your typical pc speakers you usually get on the low price end of the scale; however at 100.00 a pair the jury is still out as far as is it worth the extra money. I am not saying these are bad speakers by no mean, but I feel 50 dollar price range would make these and excellent deal.

Plugged it in to my pc an it immediately worked with the video chat program I use and video quality is good, however I had just updated to Windows 10 on the pc and Logitech currently does not have the cam software to download for Windows 10 so you can make adjustments or add effects while on cam; and it is too early for me to tell if there will be any driver issues at this point in time.

Highly disappointed! I bought this to replace my Linksys E4200 which I have had for a few years and it has always worked fine but was intrigued by all the added features this newer more expensive model offered. Boy was I disappointed. Only had 2 issues but they to me were big ones. First one was the router rebooted on its own twice in the 24 hour period I had it and secondly only the phone app for the Linksys smart wifi actually works to allow you to make any changes to the device. If you try logging in on the pc web based version the log in doesn't work right and once you do manage to get logged in most of the features you select only get you a "waiting for page" to load message so I decided this was not the device for me and hooked back up my Linksys E4200 and returned this one to Best Buy.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this because we were tired of looking at the rear speaker wires & were excited about the wireless option. super easy set up & worked good for about 6 months. Then it started cutting in & out and made popping noises that worried us about damaging our speakers. Didn't do it all the time so we waited. The receiver was only about 12 feet away & in direct vision so there really shouldn't have been any interference. There wasn't any other electrical equipment nearby either. Although sporadic, we had no idea what was causing the issues. Then, it went out completely. Wired the speakers directly & they worked fine. Reset the receiver several times = nothing. We waited till the weekend to trouble shoot & called the customer service line & discovered we were 3 DAYS past the one year warranty. Would they help? No. Would they discount a new system? No. Could they do ANYTHING? No. Our request for replacement/repair supposedly went to an "upper authority" for review & was given 7 business days for a response. 2 days later the response was, Sorry - can't help you. Didn't offer to fix or even a discount on a new system. So now we are $160.00 in the hole for an unusable product.

Just read your issue you had with this device. I had been thinking of buying it but I decided to order a wirless reciever designed specifically for my home theater and I am glad I did based on your review. My question tho was according to the specs this should have been under warranty as it list one year parts and labor and you said it had only been 6 months?

I stand corrected. I was using Windows 10 IE Explorer Edge while surfing and exploring websites and have quickly learned most sites are not yet compatible with IE Explorer Edge. I just happened to use Google Chrome of all things and was able to download and install a compatible webcam software from Logitech website for Windows 10.

I bought the most expensive, powerful router you had, and thought this would solve the problem at my house. It is faster, but it shut off frequently and has to be reset. We even recalibrated it, but it hasn't helped at all.

Did you update to the latest firmware? Out of the box it had several bug issues that the latest firmware update fixes. Hope that helps!

The device works well enough, but I had to supply the Power cable for it. The one provided did not work with the device. I took the cable back to the store, but they said I had to bring the whole thing back in the box to get the right cable... Not worth it since I already had a power cable that fit the burner. So, in conclusion, when purchasing from Best Buy... check the box before you leave the store!

You may have missed a part!

I am wondering if you may have missed the fact it came with the power adapter but you have to actually attach the 2 prong plug to it. The prong is actually packaged as a seperate part that you have to physically attach to the power supply by sliding it in to place. I almost missed that when i first unpackaged it and was looking for the plug.

You may have made the same mistake I made and hooked the receiver (the larger sized one) and the transmitter (the smaller sized one) backwards. I assumed without reading the instructions that the larger unit was the transmitter and had it hooked to my A/V Receiver and vs versa. The smaller unit is the one that gets connected to the A/V Receiver while the larger unit is the one you connect to the rear speakers. Hope that was your issue too.

I wanted to ditch my cable company so I tried the Bolt. After two units hooked up to 3 different tv's with 3 different HDMI cables, the picture quality even on a 4K TV ws HORRIBLE. It barely looked like a 420p picture! Tivo customer service was stumped. Got rid of it right away!

I just got my Tivo Bolt replacing my Tivo Roamio which was a refurbished model and after a year 3 of the tuners failed. I have a Samsung 55 inch 4K 3D TV and with the Bolt hooked up now the picture quality is outstanding, especially watching Netfix in 4K; The TV upscales everything else. Did you go through the initial setup ay checking only the 2160 box under video settings?

Just got this two days ago and I love it. I was really surprised my wife liked it, she really liked the game Dead Secret. Some games require a gamepad/controller, which is hard to find to purchase. One issue I was having was with my phone, it kept overheating. I fixed that by removing apps that I was not using and closing apps before using the Gear VR.

Blue lights on, but no sound
I have blue lights on both, solid. I have no sound, I swapped the the wires to known good working terminals and still no sound. I tried direct connect to rear, by passing the sender hub, and get sound. What else can I be missing? I also tried to reset button, it flashes then both go back to solid blue.
Check to make sure you don't have them backwards meaning the Transmitter and the Receiver. I assumed the larger sized unit was the transmitter when it fact it was vs versa.

does it work on win 10?
my old logitech pro 5000 does not fully work. my image works but microphone does not. microsoft says it is because there are no drivers for microphone

which wi fi router is the best for Hughesnet Gen 4 satellite system
We live in the country and have hughesnet Satellite gen 4 system, we experiance several times a day dropping the wi fi signal. Which wi fi router would you recommend that would allow us not to drop signals, from netflix and other communication devices? we are looking at the NETGEAR - NIGHTHAWK, X6 AC3200 TRI-BAND WI FI ROUTER (8000)
May not be a router issue. I hear satellite internet is still very unstable and also they do not allow a lot of data usage; something like only 50 gigs a month which in this day and age most people blow thru in a day some heavy users would go thru that in an hour an once you do reach the allotment allowed your net speed slows to a crawl as slow as dialup.
