We recently purchased this model when we had to replace out washer. We received our first delivery on a Saturday. The delivery crew hooked it up, turned on a cycle and left. I went about my morning routine and returned downstairs once I heard the machine chime to find water all over the floor. Called, and of course they couldn't get another unit out that day, so they set up an exchange for two days later. Same thing happened again. My wife called and eventually we got a team out to look at it. Oddly, when they ran it through various stages of the cycle it didn't leak a noticeable amount. I ran a load and it was leaking in the rear left from the bottom (by drain pump). Exchanging and changing the model with hopes we get a machine that works.
