Other than trying to find the car radio removal procedures for my car (2005 Dodge Durango), the FM Adapter install was quite easy. I was able to find the separate cable adapters specific for my car at Fry's Electronics.
Sound quality was OK before the install. After the install, the quality is superb.
I agree with others that this FM Adapter SHOULD be included with a Sirius radio.
What's great about it: Easy Installation
What's not so great: Requires separate antenna cable adapter(s) specific to your car (if needed)
I would recommend this to a friend!
