Well while the movie is great, funny, etc etc I have to request BB to work on their Online Pick Up process at the store...geez! ALWAYS have to wait at least 20 minutes...only ONE person dealing with guests whilemothers in costumer servcie are just chitchatting...come on people, costumers are FIRST!
