The reason I choose CyberPower products is #1 they are totally made in the USA. When I lived in MN,(where the plant is located) I got to tour the plant. they have great customer service and they believe in their product. I recommend and suggest CyberPower to all of my customers. One of my commercial accounts had an issue with a 650va series, a phone call was made and a new one was delivered the next day along with a call tag to ship the defective one back. How's that for service?

Netgear make a good WIFI Router for around $120.00. Depending on how far away from the router you are would depend on adding a range extender and they run around $80.00.

Where do I get a new Battery for this?
I'm sure my battery didn't last three years and I need a new one. What size am I looking for and where can I get one?
You can contact APC directly @ www.apc.com and after selecting United States for region next page is the home page select support and follow the info on the screen to get a battery replacement. If you registered it when you bought it APC will pro-rate the battery cost.

Can I "Trade Up" my APC UPS at Best Buy, or do I have to do it on APC's Website?
Trade UPS program
depending on how long you have had the product would be whether you can return it to Best Buy. I would check with their return policy. More than likely you will have to do it on APC's website.
