Good mouse

This mouse is replacing my Logitech G500. The G500 was a good mouse, but the buttons & coating are getting worn after several years. This G502 is a very comfortable fit (I'm a palm/whole hand mouse user), though it does sit a bit flatter/lower than the G500. The shape is quite contoured, and the buttons are all well placed.
The software has been improving as well, and it's fairly easy to set up your desired DPI settings, including a temporary "DPI Shift" that you can kick in on the fly with the press of a button.
It does have a glowing "G," for which you can set a sleep timer, or disable the glow entirely.

Seems more capable than Chromecast

Has several of the same options for streaming as Chromecast does, and more. You can use Netflix, Amazon Video, Plex, and more. Setup is fairly simple, though typing in long account names/passwords can be a bit annoying with the simple remote. It's performance is mostly smooth, and definitely smoother than my Chromecast was.
Comes with a short HDMI extension to make it easier to connect to your TV if your TV is wall-mounted. It does require external power, with the included micro-USB cable & plug.

For the most part, this is a good headset. It's one of the cheapest surround sound headsets, and it's wireless.
Occasionally the sound will cut out, or the headset will disconnect. A friend's disconnects much more frequently than mine (every 30-45 minutes). Mine, however, just has a crackling/popping sound that occurs frequently (much more than every 30 minutes, probably closer to every 5-10 minutes, maybe more frequently than that). That's my biggest annoyance.
I do also wish you had some warning before the battery dies. I've seen the prompt on my Logitech G19 keyboard, but if you don't have that keyboard's LCD on (or don't have that keyboard) it's hard to know when it's going to just die on you mid movie/game.
