I actually had to purchase this unit in order for the clock radio/I-pod unit to work on the clock radio, if I wanted to use my i-pod. Very pricey small piece to purchase and had no choice. But all in all it makes the I-pod work.

Installer Nick, at Best Buy had the knowledge of what to use when installing my CD Radio I-Pod stuff in my car. It works good so what else can one say.

Guess it does what it is supposed to do

I am 70 and new to this technology. Had to make several calls to Apple to figure out how to download my music from my computer onto this I-pod. Apparently my computer program of windows media player would not sync the music even though it had a spot to do this. I had to go through I-tunes and apple to download a software program then put my computer music on this unit. Still have not figured out how I will add more to it. Has 16 gb or up to 4000 songs. Has other 5 things on this that I haven't figured out as yet. All in all, guess it is good and still need to figure out how to remove those songs I don't want to listen to most of the time. Guess it is more calls to Apple.

I was super impressed. Got appointment for immediate installation for next day service. Took only 1 hour. Nick installed, explained basic use of the system so I could use it immediately. Everything in car was clean afterwards. Asked if I wanted the old Radio back but it was not working so what would I want with it. FANTASTIC and would use Best Buy service for whatever I will buy in future.
