Love this dryer!

I love the dryer, but the men who delivered it would not install it. They said that something was wrong with my vent that goes outside and I needed to get a contractor to put a hole in the wall and install a new pipe. They left, leaving the dryer sitting in the middle of my floor. After they left, my brother came over and in 10 min. had it all hooked up and working great. All he did was push the vent up to the outside. The pipe was fine and did not need to be replaced.
