Needed one to be dedicated to my Xbox one as it only has 500GB of internal storage. 2TB's is big enough for the large space needed for game downloads, maybe I should have gone for the 4 TB version. I've been partial to another brand of gaming headsets for the last 8 years because the the wireless features. It seems the build quality has dropped since my first high end headset for that particular brand. The Razor - Kraken Pro has top of the line build quality, excellent sound for gaming, the green color is really cool. Hate to inform you that Windows XP is dead - all versions have been dropped from Microsoft support. My employer removed Windows 7 Pro from all of our PC's because the Electronic Records system we had only was supported by Windows XP Pro. When the support was lost, both software systems had to be upgraded. Back to Win 7 Pro. We had quite the mess for a while. Doesn't mean you can't use XP, but I doubt it will function well on a newer pc with no support.

will this work (bluetooth) with my apple TV; my older MacAir would not, nor could it be connected via HDMI
I would also like to confirm that I could play my DVD's via the onboard burner? and then put them up on my big screen. Would that be hardwired HDMI or Bluetooth?
I also have an external DVD burner. Will these ports drive that? Again, I was told that even the new MacAir would not do that as they are not powered ports and most DVD's require that?

Macs & Apple TV will communicate via AirPlay, it is an App available through Apple web site. Any movie I have purchased through iTunes or burned to Mpeg4 format & placed on my iTunes is viewable through AirPlay. Completely wireless, but the Mac has to be turned on for it to work.

I am looking for a macbook pro 15" screen with 512mb video card
I dont see this offered on your site but have seen them with the 512mb memory elsewhere. Do you sell this model?
Save yourself some money and buy the MacBook Pro with the smaller SSD. You can store a ton of data on a external portable drive, a 1-2 TB is a fraction of the price compared to the upgrade price of an Apple SSD. I swapped out the factory HDD in my 15" MacBook Pro to a Samsung 512mb SSD. The transfer of the OS , all my data, removal of the old HDD and installation of the SSD took about 45 minutes. Apple has an excellent built in data migration tool. I don't know why, but Apple charges a premium price for the same upgrade products you and I can buy over the counter at Best Buy. I upgraded the factory memory modules with Samsung 8gb memory modules from Best Buy, I was surprised to find Samsung memory in the bay. Don't get me wrong, I love my Macs. I own a MacPro too.

I own a Mac Pro Tower, MacBook Pro 15", iPad 2, iPhone 4S ( contract is up in a month for the next upgrade ) , iPod Touch-64gb, iPod-120gb. I will never turn back. I dread going to work having to deal with those other PC's

Your best bet is to go to the Apple web site & look up the MacBook Air product support. I only own the MacBook Pro & have upgraded from the factory 4gb to 8gb only to find out that there has been success with installing 2 8gb modules for 16gb total. Apple did not openly publish this.
MacBook Pro's allow you to remove the bottom of the laptop case by removing 7 screws & gently removing. Allows access to the hard drive," in your case MacBook Air has Flash Drive" & the memory modules.
there is a lot of forums to google for assistance.

You didn't provide any information regarding the size of your current HDD size. You will have to upgrade to a HDD with a larger capacity. Mac's have a really nice disk utility within OSX that has worked well for me. You will need a 2.5" external HDD enclosure & a 2.5" HDD larger than what you currently have. The process is really easy, there are some nice Mac forums to Google. Be sure to backup your Mac files using Time Machine to an external HDD. I admit that I am very bias to Western Digital HDD's, But I prefer the quality of the Samsung Pro series SSD when I use a solid state HDD
