It's reliable and pretty much never goes down, except when I unplug it of course. The only disadvantage was the diffuculty of programming port forwarding for my home security camera system. I love the case, but a week after getting it, the plastic clip broke. I've had many Otterboxes and seem to have a problem with them one way or another. Don't get me wrong, they stand behind their products and will provide replacements parts at no charge. But having to do so for one reason or another on every case I by becomes troublesome. I still use the case without the clip and it's a great case.

I bought three of these as stocking stuffers because at less than five bucks they were a steal. It came with the charger and the micro USB to charge it and/or charge micro USB devices. It charged in no time. It came in really handy a few times already. It's not enough juice to charge any of my devices to full capacity, but for the size and price of the item, I didn't really expect it to. It's enough power to give a decent charge and get you through an emergency. It does it's job perfectly.
