I refused to pay for the items that you had to buy in order for this washer to be installed and installed it in a breeze! I am very proud of myself for installing it so quickly and I enjoy this washer. I actually bought the set for my mom a couple years ago and she loved it. I was very concerned with the the problems they had with their washers last year, but couldn't make the budget for the LG set that I wanted. I am happy with the washer. It is quiet and cleans all of our linens quite well.

So I read the reviews and gambled with this purchase anyway. It's loud, it takes multiple washes to clean my clothes, and to my dismay, there's no fabric softener dispenser. This washer takes forever to wash clothes and the only way to override the water level sensing is to wash on one particular setting. This leaves the others useless. I would not buy this product or recommend it. This was a gift and a bad one.
