This is great for when you're migrating to a new system and want a simple way to access your old files on the new machine without having to have the old machine up and running. Or if you have a seemingly failing external drive that you want to just check if it will work if you take it out of it's stock enclosure and pop it in to this dock.

Awesome little Tamagotchi-style mp3 player

Looks just like a Tamagotchi or GigaPet from my youth, but much more useful. My first mp3 player was a bulky Rio Volt mp3 disc player. It's amazing how much things have progressed since then. The biggest thing I love about this is that you don't have to view the files thru their audio browser, you can just throw folders on there and view the filesystem.

If you've played Peace Walker, Ground Zeroes and Snake Eater, you'll be right at home with Phantom Pain. For those initiated, I'm unsure what you'll make of the game, but I imagine once you get used to it you'll enjoy its unique brand of gaming. Though it's probably not for everyone.

When I love an album I like to get a hard copy of it so I have a physical reminder of the thing that I love. This is one of the albums I thought was worth getting on vinyl. If you're reading this, hopefully you're already familiar with the album. It speaks for itself. A great record in any format, including vinyl, if you like vinyl.
The lyrics sheet inside actually has a really cool picture of Lana on it. So that's nice.
PS. This is the version that is 1 record not 2 records... I kinda think it's wholly unnecessary when they release albums on 2 records.

Adventure platforming at its finest

I've been a Tomb Raider fan since Tomb Raider II came out. Although I wasn't able to complete the first 3 games, as I think games were made harder back then, today games are made so pretty much everyone can beat them and enjoy the ride. This reboot of Tomb Raider is a lovely ride to go on. It doesn't really feel like the old games, but that's a good thing. Control is a much easier thing, and much more forgiving than the robotic commands required by the earlier entries of the series.
I previously played this game on PS3, but thought I ought to revisit it on PS4 and was glad I did. The higher framerate really adds a certain quality to gaming that can only be experienced first hand.
Tomb Raider gives you an island to explore and enemies to shoot. Ironically, all the tombs in the game are optional. They are puzzles that will require some brain power, and are in the end quite satisfying.
Fans of the series and/or Lara are sure to love this addition. While it doesn't really feel like the originals, it feels as great as ever.
