We have a home theater in the basement and I wanted the surround sound speakers and subwoofer behind the couch for the full experience. We have a movie screen and A/V equipment on the front wall, a sectional, coffee table and side chair in the middle of the room, and the speakers against a back wall. Our basement is 30 feet long. The couch is about 15 feet back, the subwoofer is directly being the couch, and the rear speakers are against the back wall. I was concerned that the speakers were 30 feet away with a couch in between and the subwoofer receiver is under the couch but they linked up easily and I no longer have 30 feet of wire running alongside the wall to the back of the room. The sound is perfect and I don't hear any interference at all. I highly recommend. Just don't assume the larger of the boxes is the receiver. I set the boxes up backwards at first because I didn't read the directions. My wires are gone, the receivers are hidden and there is no sound delay. That's 100% of what I wanted to happen!
