good product bad service

I could not find anyone to ask me if I needed help. When I did find someone to help me, they pointed to where the product was on the shelve. I had questions on which combo of ink cartridges would be best for me and no one was around. I had to go find someone to answer my questions. This is not what I'm used to when shopping at Best Buy.
