Epic fail on every level

My personal experience was absolutely pathetic and disheartening. Uninterested and inexperienced agents must have been working when I had my computer taken to the Geek Squad. they did not backup my hard drive correctly they forgot that I had a partitioned hard drive apparently so all the data was lost on the one side of it. The customer service was completely subpar. One of the guys thought he knew more than I did about computers and sort of bragged about it I wasn't impressed at all. It's not a competition I'm paying you to do a service and you did not do it right. Although this might not be a reflection of Best Buy or Geek Squad as a whole however this is my experience unfortunately. It was pathetic.

Decent starter phone for a beginner. Kids may understand it more than older adults. It's kinda small to use, especially for an adult male. (My father in law) He was saying that his fingers are too big for the standard keyboard. He is an average sized man. Maybe if we download a different keyboard it will help him. Hopefully this phone will last them a couple of years as this is there first smart phone.
Verizon's prepaid prices are too high however.
