only had it for 2 weeks but it cleans very well even in the quick express cycle. condensation will remain unless you open the unit after it is finished and let it air out. very quiet. love the third shelf for silverware.

it is not to bad not a lot of bass but volume is good just not great quality.

Is the transmitter always showing a green light when plugged in and functioning properly?
I was using new headphones that frequently cut out unless I was sitting in front of transmitter;they worked fine for a couple hours and green transmitter light was on; however, after that time period, no sound came from headphones and transmitter light was off. When reattaching headphones on transmitter the red Iight was on headphones but no green light on transmitter. It's been nearly a week now, and green light still isn't showing up on transmitter and headphones don't work. Does this set have a short or something? Unfortunately, I live 250 mi away and you have to return product in person.
from what you are saying you may have a defective pair of headphones. mine work perfectly for hours on end. when attached to transmitter when charged red light goes out..

Do the headphones adjust easily for fitting without breaking? Previously I had a different brand that broke when trying to adjust.
yes they are adjustable. just be gentle.

How do I get rid of delay/echo?
The headphones are slightly delayed from the TV audio and causes a noticeable delay. This is only when plugged into the cable box RCA audio jacks. When plugged into the TV headphone jack it works fine, however this method causes the TV speakers to be cut out and I do not want that to happen. What we use them for is to have one person wearing them (because they are a little deaf and would require the TV volume to be too loud) and they can set their headphone volume to their liking, while the other viewers can listen directly to the TV speakers at a more reasonable volume. However, the problem is that the person wearing the headphones can still hear the TV speakers a bit, but it is slightly ahead of the headphone volume and creates an 'echo' and is unpleasant. Also the headphone volume is not synced to the speakers lips. How can I eliminate this delay? We have tried changing to all three of the channels but that did not help. Thanks.
it is possible your tv does not have that option to provide sound from two sources at once.
