Both the theatrical and director's cut film versions are included on the Kate & Leopold DVD. Presented in widescreen 1.85:1 format with 5.1 Dolby Digital audio, the DVD includes English and Spanish captions and subtitles. The director's cut also has a French language track. Bonus materials include an on-the-set featurette with cast and crew interviews and seven deleted scenes. One particular scene entails a rather scandalous revelation between lead characters, Kate and Stuart. Feature commentary by director James Mangold is included for the film and deleted scenes. Rounding out the package is a still photo gallery, costume featurette, and Sting's "Until" music video. There are also sneak peeks for Miramax Gold, the Kate & Leopold soundtrack, Serendipity, Strictly Ballroom, Chocolat, The Importance of Being Earnest, and more. The costume featurette is particularly interesting as it compares working on two different time periods. All in all, fans are sure to enjoy the DVD release, but may be disappointed that no outtakes are included from this time-travel romantic comedy.

Great love story; Hugh Jackman is very charming and plays the perfect gentleman. The time warp when Kate from the future "returns" to the past is always a difficult concept to accept.
What's great about it: Hugh Jackman plays his role well with a great supporting cast.
What's not so great: Meg Ryan's hair style was very distracting to her acting.
