Good, but may not be worth upgrade from PS Gold

I have the PS Gold headset and was looking for something more comfortable and better sounding. If you do not already have PS Golds, this might be the right set to buy. If you have golds, you'll probably be disappointed or at least unenthused unless they are broken.
This headset is just a little sturdier, just a little more comfortable, and sounds just a little better than the PS4 Golds (which I consider a nice headset for the price). There's really not much difference.
However, these also have a few very minor and infrequently occurring cons over the golds:
- they seem to have a little less range
- they do occasionally hiccup or cut out for just a second
- the buttons can rattle when you jiggle the headset (or move your head quickly while wearing)
- don't seem connect as quickly or flawlessly. I've had to occasionally turn them back off and on or unplug the dongle and plug it back in to get them connected.

If I didn't have a set of PS Golds, I'd probably have no complaints about this headset at all, especially after having bad luck with a set of very expensive Astro A50s. However, I'm looking for something that is more comfortable for marathon gaming sessions and this is just a touch shy of that for me, but is the best choice I've found so far for a completely wireless option.

This headset is very comfortable and has great sound when it works. However, for me it cut out very frequently. There would be 3-5 second breaks in the sound ranging from 3-50 times per hour. I tested this set with two different playstations (original and Pro) and tried different optical cables and USB cables. I also reviewed Astro Gaming's web site for the proper sound and chat settings on the PS4. However, these audio cut-outs were always there. My much cheaper PS4 Gold headset never has this problem.
Reading other sources, it seems this is not an uncommon problem with the Gen 3 A50s on both the PS4 and the Xbox One. I'd recommend waiting for clear evidence whatever is causing many people to have this issue is resolved before purchasing.

My experience with Dell monitors has been very satisfying. I've had several at work over the years and have started to buy them for home. If you need a basic monitor with a fabulous picture, the S2715H is a great choice.
Pros:
Beautiful IPS screen with even lighting and great colors

Price - a bit higher than others (but worth cost)
Inputs - this only has 1 HDMI and 1 VGA
Speakers - sound so bad, I'm not sure why they bother to add them

I wasn't surprised by any of the cons, but the are worthy of deducting a star from the rating. The Dell U2715P (2K) is a 5 star monitor, but this is a great 1080P option.
