I tend to by brand-name ink cartridges. I rarely have any problems with them. The only downside is that they are usually pretty expensive, though Best Buy had a pretty good sale going when I made my most recent purchase.

After reviewing several similar dehumidifiers we decided on this one because of its price and good reviews. It is relatively quiet - much quieter than the old one it is replacing. It is also efficient and keeps the humidity comfortably low. It is moderately humid outside (70% or so) and we have the dehumidifier set to 45-50%. It fills the tank in about a day - sometimes less. It is also not difficult to empty.

They are fairly inexpensive, and quite fragile, but only a detailed inspection before purchasing would let you detect that some are broken. My guess is that being dropped from a couple of feet could break a few. I've bought packs like this before and it is pretty common. I would recommend to a friend with a caveat.

Great for analog recordings

I have recorded many family VHS tapes and burned the contents on DVDs, and am very happy with the results. I have also copied a few shows from our DVR and burned them to DVD.
The PowerDirector software that comes with it has plenty of features to edit and produce your videos, create slideshows, etc. I've also used it to edit digital videos from a digital camcorder and camera, with very good results.
The included software is Version 9 and free, but Cyberlink offers pretty good deals for upgrading to a newer version.
