Why did salesman at Best Buy sell me this tv? I did not even know what Roku was! This tv is complicated. Hooked to cable, says it can't find signal. Purchased Geek Squad, they don't know how to work it either. Sharp techs can barely speak English!
I do not know why but I have mine with a antenna and it works grate so why it dose not work on cable, But you might ask the place that you get your cable it might be something they need to do to get the signal changed. I had to get the internet signal changed so my TV would get ever thing so try that and see if that might be it.

Is it possible to set the screen such that the time and heart rate are always shown?
Go to the store to get a face that it will show them or go to settings to make the wallpaper that you like that has it part of the face. The best one for what you are looking for would be Samsung gear S2 Smartwatch it has all you would be looking for and more, the Samsung gear S3 Frontier smartwatch has a big face on it but it has the same stuff as the S2 has so the it would be best to just get the S2 smartwatch then the S3 smartwatch. If you like it just as much as I do then your life will be easier by all it can do.
