Does everything that I was looking, tracks sleep, steps, calories etc... The best part is that it feels flush to my wrist so it doesn't get caught on things, that other trackers that are high can do. I may return this it works, but is kinda quirky hard to explain unless you use the device. The setup is easy all done via a USB on your computer. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone there has to be better option out there.
