The virtual surround sound provided by this headset is fantastic. Works great in PUBG. I had an incident with an external powered usb dock, fried my Krakens. Contacted Razer, after 2 emails my old set was getting shipped out and a new pair were on their way. Customer service is amazing, second to none. But Microsoft stepped up their game with better RB and LB buttons, smoother trigger stop feel, rumble motor for each trigger, and headphone audio support all while still being great in the ladder.
