This is very compact and works like a charm. It allowed my daughters to use their smart TV's and laptops in their rooms. So now I have my tv back to myself and no laptop cords and everything they plugged into them laying around!! Our cable modem and router are at one end of the house and my daughters rooms are at the other, over 120ft long. I placed it in our hallway half way between the ends of the house.

Is this tv capable to connect to wifi without having to us an Ethernet cord?
Yes as long as you have an wireless router, and its close enough, other wise netflix will keep buffering(lagging).
