This is a great movie, I think. This is a movie about faith. It has actors in surprising roles. The lead character is dealing with loss and grief and it is handled in a way that is kind of different and wonderful. I am glad I got to see this movie.

In the mid-'80s, cruel fate led impoverished Indian 5-year-old Saroo (Sunny Pawar) to fall asleep in a parked passenger train... and wake up almost a thousand miles from home and family, with no idea how to get back.
