The guys were careful not to scratch my furniture when removing my old washer and dryer. it took no time to hook up and the delivery men were very nice to take the time to explain the features on my new purchase

This hose is sturdy more so than than the one I had , I thought they were all the same until they hooked this one up . Something that is necessary, but can be appreciated if you have had to replace one before

So far it works fine I have read that some people are having problems but I have not yet. I just miss the agitator. I do have a problem with the door though it does not fit tight there is air escaping from the right side but it has not affected the washing.
