May work in small room with low ceiling

This was purchased for a Sunday School classroom less than 200 square feet total. The heater was on for an hour and the room never warmed sufficiently. Heat naturally rises so it doesn't make sense to have it blowing upward.

Expired ink cartridges sold

I purchased the ink cartridges because my printer had run out of the color cartridges. I picked up at the store, only to learn they were expired as of November - the month in which I purchased. The clerk supposedly went back to see if they had more current cartridges only to come back and say they didn't. I wonder if that was true. These are hard to find and I needed the printer to work.

Not made for steam dryer install!

Best Buy made me buy new hoses or they wouldn't "install" the washer. I already have a steam dryer - gas, 5 1/2 yrs old and it was quite pricey. The hose from the faucet to the dryer and washer hose is still the black rubber. Seems like someone would have figured this out by now.

Use a washer you can trust. This Samsung appliance is gentle on clothes and tough on dirt, stains and bacteria. Plus, it has the room and speed to get more laundry done in less time.

Vibration when load starts to spin

I don't believe the washer was leveled when installed. I was in the room the entire time. The test was done with an empty tub, even though the instructions say you should use 4 or 5 towels for the leveling check. I have sent two reviews and nobody has contacted me.
