A good installment to the M:i franchise!

I have enjoyed all the Mission Impossible movies to date. I never watched the tv show, so yes I hear all the complaints about the franchise is supposed to be based on a team not just one guy, but with no prior M:i history before the movies I do not let that stop me from enjoying the films. J.J. Abrams took over the franchise with this installment (though this is the only one he has directed), I think he did a great job with it! A must see for fans of the movies!

A comedy that had its moments

I like most of the movies from Apatow productions, I feel sometimes they run a little long for comedies. They have there ups and downs over the course of 2 hours, but most are somewhat enjoyable. If you are a fan of films like Get Him to the Greek (which is a follow up to this movie), Knocked Up, This is 40, and Superbad, you should check this out!

This movie had an interesting concept to me that made me want to see it once I saw the preview. I enjoyed the film, but was left wishing there had been a little more to the film. I think this film would have benefited from being slightly longer to explore Adaline's backstory more.

Lucy starts off with a lot to offer and and a lot of promise for the film, but tends to fall flat closer to the end of the movie. Hopefully the announcement of the sequel can help to fix the things that went wrong in the first film. Nonetheless, still an entertaining film and worth a look!
