As it would happen, they installed it incorrectly. They did not cut it to fit to the shortest run possible. They told me it was supposed to be that way. Will need to call to have someone come out and do it right....what an inconvenience! Where is the quality control? The other one was just fine.

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

My previous washer was still going at 13 years but showing some wear. Thought I would update before it became a necessity. Did some homework and decided to go with this brand and model. Has more bells and whistles that you need but hopefully will do the job and last.
