Sure, you can just load your PSN account from your credit/debit card, but if you buy it from Best Buy and you are enrolled in the gamers club, you end up getting a ton of reward points. It's a no-brainer.

i dont have a computer but i have a tablet how can i get wifi
You should see the connection options in your 'settings' tab on your device. Also, google your make/model and you should be able to reference the user guide for detailed instructions (if you do not have instructions). Owner manuals are a powerful tool ;)

Computer for embroidery machine?
I have a complicated embroidery machine and software programs that require a lot of storage. What computer would be recommended for a small lightweight and portable machine?
Any should work as long as there is a lot of RAM. Short answer RAM allows you to multi-task without slowing down your machine. Processor helps speed-wise, but it's pointless without memory (RAM). When it comes to storage, you can always purchase an external hard drive to add disk space/backup. Backing up is always a good idea anyway

If it's a wifi router, than it's wifi out the box. Whoever the maker of it is google the model and it should take you to their product page. Step by step instructions for setup should be there for you.

Category 6 is a major improvement over Cat 5/5e. It's suitable for up to 10 gigabit Ethernet at 250 MHz. Cat 6 cable has an internal separator that isolates pairs from one another. Bottom line - a LOT faster

Any of them should. Just make sure it can handle 802.11a/b/g/n and even 802.11ac signals. That way you'll be set for a long time tech-wise.
