LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE how the dryer works!! Very quiet, lots of setting. Dries clothing very quick. The reason why I gave it a 4 star is because of the size of my laundry, we had to stack these machines and the tilted control panel, well, once you stack it, it is not visible. I am 5ft tall and now have a foldable stool in my laundry room. Maybe Samsung can design something that stackable unit would not have a tilted control board so that I do not need to have an extra accessory in my laundry room and every time I turn on the dryer I have to step on a stool.

My previous whirlpool duet of ( years of heavy use finally died. We had two options to go with Samsung or go with Whirlpool. Because it has served us well for 9 years, we went with Whirlpool. Best Buy team installed it for us and it looked super elegant in my laundry room. I could wait to start washing. But about half way towards the end of the cycle, washing machine becomes very loud... in fact it got louder and really sounded like an airplane landing over our house. I though maybe it was just because its new. Nope. Every wash we had airplane sounds coming from our laundry room. Called Best Buy and we exchanged it to Samsung.
