Protects the phone from normal damage and drops. No it won't keep it from breaking if you throw it but a plain fall from shoulder level it does fine. It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone either.

How many GB should this laptop have? 32GB or 24GB?
I got this laptop and I was expecting 32GB. As shown below. My laptop says 24GB

You are correct. I bought it and the website said 32gb ram. Then I get the box opened and turned on and sure enough it's only got 24. I had to speak to a couple of different managers but finally proved my point that hey I bought this with 32 so I want either 32 installed or a different laptop. They popped the hood and threw in another 8gb to bring it up to 32.
The issue you might have now is that the website has changed, probably due to me. They said they were going to have to send this up the flag pole and quickly fix the incorrect site posting.

Does the front loaders have issues with mold?
Yes and no. They do not have as much of a problem as the front load but both will get mold if you do not leave the lids open to allow them to air out. I recommend that unless you only wash clothes once per week to just leave the lid open all the time. This will ensure that the inside is drying out and not getting moldy or smells.
