Needed a pair of speakers for the backyard to get some music on the patio. Good sound loud enough so you can hear in the entire yard but not earth shattering to whereit will annoy the neighbors. Nice sturdy plastic housing with easy mounting screws and good wire connectors.

This was an upgrade from a very small GE side by side (came with home) that needed repair twice in 6 years for the same issue.
I went to a few stores to see competitive models and decided this model/brand had the right mix of features size and price for me. I made the decision to buy online site unseen and I have not been disappointed at all. The unit is large so check your measurements carefully. We had two older side by side units (one in garage) and I was able to take the contnts of both and fit into this new unit with room to spare. Unit is really quiet imho. Ice maker works great and the ability to generate more over a 24 hour period is nice. All controls work as expected and the shelf layout was a breeze to configure just they way we needed it.
Delivery was a breeze, Best Buy communication was fantastic. Overall a happy customer.

What and how is connection made?
Can it be connected to my Dynex 19" flat screen HDTV (and what is required to hook up both speakers (is it contained with the speakers?)).
Think of the speakers as dead weights that need electricity to drive them to create sound. There is no direct output from your TV that can generate the electricity for the speakers. You would need an amplifier of some sort. TV connects IN to amplifier. Amplifier sends sound OUT to Speakers. If the tv has no out connection on it your pretty much out of luck.

How can I tell what end of these speakers has the tweeter?
I just bought a pair (on sale this week 7-27-14 for $59.99) and will post a review later on, but I'd like to mount these speakers in the position that puts the tweeters closer to ear level.
Alas, the grilles are not removable, can't be seen through, and none of the photos of the product show the speakers with the grilles removed, so I can't tell which end has the tweeters. (Even if there was, it might not help because the enclosures are symmetrical.)
So can someone tell me if the tweeter is at the end with the label, or the end with the wire teminals?
(And even if it doesn't help, it'd be nice to see a photo with the grille removed, so we can see what the drivers look like.)

I have owned several sets of speakers over the years and have never seen a pair that placed the speaker connection points in back behind the tweeter so I assume they would be above. I mounted mine vertically with the speaker connections at the bottom.

Where do I go after purchase to register for 10 year warranty?
I noticed when I purchased my new fridge that it came with a 10 year warranty on the compressor. Just wondering where I am supposed to go to sign up for this? Love the new fridge

The fridge should have come with a registration card in the packet. If it did not you can always go to http://www.lgusa.com/register and it will require that you know the Model No. of the unit as well as the Serial number. Both should be located on a sticker on the side of the unit.
