What installation!

They will only install if you have the "perfect setup". I was informed immediately that they were not allowed to touch my dryer due to the vent hose that was on there already was too long, it was a fire hazard. They dropped the new dryer off and told me to get a handyman to install the new one and then they would come back and p/u the old one. My dryer is in the basement so the vent has to go from the bottom of the dryer to almost the top of the basement wall, not sure how to get around that.

Good washer for the price

Washer holds a lot of clothes, no agitator. Don't use the quick wash unless you just want the idea of clean. Not one of the Samsung washer's that are under the recall, although I get a little nervous standing over the washer when it starts spinning.
