Replacement Television

I got this television as a replacement. My old Insignia television had an issue with the power circuit burning out. After 2-years of having it. Unfortunately, I only purchased a 1-year warranty on it, and not a 2-year warranty. This television is great, but I wish the sound quality was higher. Some newer Blu-Rays need to be on Volume 70 for me to even hear them from sitting 4-feet away from the television. Other than that, the television is great.

If I Could Rate This ZERO Stars, I Would...

I've never owned a Sony phone before. But I was looking forward to this phone. The camera specs seemed to be amazing. But the phone itself is EXTREMELY buggy.
My BIGGEST issue is the fact that this phone REFUSES to cooperate with the video call feature on Facebook Messenger. My boyfriend lives out in Arizona (For the time being). So we use Facebook Messenger to use video call. The phone REFUSES to work with it. I contacted Sony and they told me that there wasn't anything they could do about it. And to contact Facebook and have them put out an update for Facebook Messenger to work with my phone. Of course, Facebook also doesn't respond to messages. So in order to video call with my boyfriend, I have to use my old phone.
My other issue is the camera itself. Even though the camera specs are both very high, the photo quality is very poor. I'm still unsure how that happens. But it looks like the photos are 3MP quality, at best. And that's after cleaning the lenses before taking photos. So the lenses definitely aren't dirty. I also encounter an issue with low light settings. If I take a photo in low lighting, the phone REFUSES to save the photo. Instead, I get an error message. And then the camera app closes. I contacted Sony about this issue, too. And they said to clear the cache for the camera app, and reset the phone. Which also didn't do ANYTHING, mind you.
I thought these were just issues with the phone I had. So on the second day of having it, I exchanged it for another one. Same issues occurred on the replacement phone.
So if you plan on taking good quality photos, photos in low lighting, or using video call features, you might want to consider a different phone. Sony's customer support is about as helpful as slamming your head into a brick wall, when you have a headache. They just offer different ways to (unsuccessfully) troubleshoot your issues, and not solve them. Not worth the time, money, or effort.

The Only Johnny Depp Movie I Like
