We really love the washer it is wonderful, I did find a dent on the side of the washer, but it was after I had signed the papers and really had a chance to look it over carefully. I would of had it replaced if I had seen it in time, but the installers had me sign in a hurry and almost ran out to the truck to leave, shame on me
