Delivery Issues

Not overly happy with installation. First they were 1 1/2 hours late. When calling to say they were finally on their way I explained that I had to leave shortly, they actually asked I really had to leave or was I just saying that!!! Then when they got here the guys were very friendly but didn't install the correct hoses (of course cheaper ones than I purchased!) But in the end they couldn't attach the drain hose so they left without finishing the job. After haggling with customer service a few times I finally got them to return with correct fill hoses and had to get plumber connect drain hose. Not a very pleasant experience this time.

Happy with my purchase! Machine was just what I was looking for and the right price. Small complaints that I have are that you don't get to choose size of wash, the machine chooses it. Another thing, is that for the first 5 minutes or so the machine just kind of spins around without adding water. A normal wash cycle takes about an hour too!
