The camera has great quality and I app and all of the features. However, when I purchased the camera it included free monitoring so while they started to add more features, they decided that even those who were promised free monitoring would have to pay a $10 monthly fee. I have one year free but after tha im going elsewhere because I don’t like their practices or excuses as to why they did that.
