The clerk I asked told me that this was the model that they used in the store on the floor where the reception could be tricky, and that this model worked fine. Good enough for me.
My problem: have not figured out how to see the last number who called me so that I can push redial if I want to. Seems that I have to read the directions for each operation that was apparent on my previous phones (all panasonic). Oh well. That's why 4 and not 5 stars.
