Before having this washer I never knew my clothes could have possibly not have been as clean as they are now. This washer cleans so well that I notice my clothes smelling fresh long after washing and drying. My previous washers I used the same soap without these great results. If you are used to traditional washes with a lot of water I suggest the DEEP WATER setting. Other than that the other setting clean in minimal water which personally I'm not a fan of with any washer, sorry. Oh! And I love the steam setting, I feel like it contributed ALOT to getting tough stains ouy like built up deodorant stains etc.

Does it make your clothes smell like mold?
I have a Samsung front loader and it makes my clothes smell awful....like mildew. I've tried everything and nothing helps. Do your clothes smell clean with this washer? Have you ever smelled anything moldy or mildewy?
I'm actually happy to answer this question! I had the same exact problem with my front loader. I purchased this washer and it has blown my mind at how well it cleans! I'm using same soap I used for my front loader but the fresh smell lasts days and days after washing and drying. No more mildew musty clothes. I recommend this washer it's tough on clothes in a good way. I love the DEEP WATER setting which I know is taboo to say but I feel like it helps wash the clothes even better. Hope this helps!

Does the water fill from one place or multiple?
It's starts in the back where you load you softener and detergent and optional OXI. Once the washer rinses those for a short amount of time it takes to get the soaps out and into the wash it will begin filling from the front right hand side. I've noticed it'll alternate between the two during some cycles. But to answer your question simple, it fills from two spots.

The agitation cycle
The agitation cycle on this washer is very loud. Is that normal? Is it supposed to be really loud? I'm just wondering if mine is defective.
There's a definitely a loud noise but your fine it is not broken. It's just working hard. The agitation post at the bottom the pulls the clothes around has to work harder since the post in so low profile with the bottom of the washer.
