So, this is a pretty cool buy. Well worth every penny and there are sooo many different apps out there for iOS and Android to control your lights with. I bought it and installed it last night and stayed up until nearly midnight just playing with my lights. :) there are so many different variations of lighting you can do and you can control each lightbulb independently. It's really neat. I can't wait to buy more lightbulbs soon so that my entire home is completely automated.

How long do the batteries last before needing to be replaced?
I've had mine for about a year now and still have not needed to change the batteries. I am using energizer batteries, also, in case brand helps you out.
