Great...but....

I purchased this video camera because my 6 year old Sony (also bought from Best Buy) developed a problem and this was an upgrade for me from 1080p to 4K. Took some video of my trip to Tahoe . . . GREAT except for a little problem with the image rotational shake where the left side goes up while the right side goes down. Talked to Sony tech support, did'nt seem to help much, was told to change some settings, have'nt had a chance to try it again. May rewrite this review if things change.
As for Best Buy.... they were really Great, they went out of their way to price match a KIT that was on sale from an internet vendor that comprised of the camera, SD card, case and battery!!! even though they were not selling such a Kit at the time. I am a very happy customer!!!
