I purchase this item for my friend on December 2016, never used the item as was out of country for one and half month, try to run the machine, yesterday it wasn't working, machines gets hot and just make sound and the blade doesn't move at all. Will check with Best Buy how can they keep the that kind of stuff..Its all with trust we buy the product, was very sad knowing that first day we tried and it's does not work.
