8th in the X-MEN franchise. This movie takes place in 83/84 focusing on younger version of the team. Quicksilver is in this one with another slo-mo music scene again which is great. The steelie itself is very handsome and of a nice heavy weight.

that balances these 2 genres extremely well. Extras are tremendous. Best of all the inclusion of feature length doc "More Brains" in the 2 disc set.
Don Calfa and Clu Gulager steal the show from the younger actor's. Their banter is hilarious. But Miguel Nunez stands out as Spider. The soundtrack is also very good and memorable.
Tarman is one gross slimey zombie and the ambulatory way he moves is still disconcerting.

The extras on this are great! I had 2 previous releases and this is totally worth the triple dip. Best trasfer/ picture too.
Can't think of any other movie that exudes a fearful smothering sense of paranoia like this one. Maybe The Thing. Sutherland and Brooke Adam's are great. Special FX still stand up after all these years. Better than CGI.

The way they pulled off the heists was truly genius. It is explained at the end. That's my favorite part. Also has a twist you will never see coming. I prefer this to the sequel. Still I hope they make a third.
Surprisingly Jessie Eisenberg is very good in this and not annoying.

Now You See Me 2 is not as good as the first but it is not bad. An enjoyable popcorn flick. The best thing is the cast with Woody Harrelson and Franco being the standouts. The plot is much more convoluted and twisty than the first.
