Decent movie, bad English accents

The story is moderately good. However, for movie set in Victorian England and shot in the dark it is not very atmospheric. It feels like it could have been filmed on Hollywood set and not on location.
Also, the two leads of the picture, Depp and Graham, had little chemistry and even worse accents. Graham's was so bad it was distracting.
