Washer installation led to water leaking on floor

I'm not sure the new Best Buy delivery teams in my area have been properly trained on the job they are performing. I recently had a new Samsung washing machine installed (which I really love), but had too have two different delivery teams come out and try to install it as neither one got the fill hoses tightly installed, resulting in a leaking situation on my laundry room floor both times. Luckily my boyfriend was able to tighten everything up like it should have been done by the delivery team and the washer has been working great ever since.

I have had no trouble with either these fill hoses or the new Samsung washing machine I purchased from Best Buy, once I got the hoses tightly installed on to the hot and cold water valves. Two different delivery teams tried but failed to install the hoses tightly. (Both times resulted in a leak on to my laundry room floor.) My boyfriend was able to tighten whatever needed tightening and we have had no leaks since.
