I have never had a problem with malfunctions with a laptop that Geek Squad couldn't fix. I'm also extra careful handling electronics so breaking anything wouldn't be an option. I don't want to spend $200 and up for a plan that I most likely wouldn't use-
we got the plan through apple and feel it is worth it given the price of the laptop
