After nearly two years of use we are ready to either add more RAM or replace the unit. The 4 GIG of Memory is not enough to keep the laptop running smoothly. I recommend buying this laptop with at least 8 GIG of RAM. If you cannot afford the upgrade do not buy the laptop.

Our Samsung washer was included in the recent recall. Our previous washer was exactly like this one except updated to fix the recall issue. Overall, we were so impressed with the old washer we decided to stay with Samsung and purchase a replacement washer. Yes, Samsung has had two major recalls, however find me a manufacture that hasn't had issues to this scale. If you are looking for a good washer, and easy to use, this is the one.

We were so pleased with the service, we would use them again! After our new washer was delivered and installed the old washer was no longer needed. The old washer was quickly removed from the laundry area and loaded on their truck within minutes. The delivery persons were very professional and a please to speak with.

I can't believe it but its true! Our new washer was delivered 30 minutes before the delivery window started! Both delivery men were very professional and courteous. The install went smoothly and we were back in washer mode within 1 hour of delivery. How about that!

Bought with the new washing machine and glad I did. The outer stainless steel wrap is tight woven and quite durable. Having a washer on the second level, we wanted water hoses we can rely on. I've seen the cheaper hoses give way and split. Imagine that happening and your not home to stop the water damage! Buy these and your worries are over...

I have these washers. Does not use enough water so therefore tub size is waste. Wash more than half load and wont be clean. Twists your clothing up. My question is why do manufactures get to continue selling junk through Best Buy or anyone?

Why does the bleach compartment hold water all the time? Can not add bleach to the compartment as it is up to the max with water. Washer is new and only used 4 times.
It seems there is an issue. We have used the recalled washer (1 yr.) and the replacement model (2 mths). We have never had water stand in the bleach compartment. Call and have the unit serviced.

Does this machine tumble your clothes & get them clean. ?? Dirty work clothes?? My old kenmore elite did great new kenmore cannot.
To answer this honestly, if you follow the directions of use your clothes will come out clean. However, I have seen my work jeans with red dirt stains come out clean but with a small amount a stain remaining in some areas. Overall, the work jeans come out pretty clean...for work. All other clothes we wash come out very clean and we can't complain.
