At first my review rating would've been low. It was frustrating and not worth it when I first bought the SB. Now that they have corrected a lot of the glitches, it is wonderful and I'm glad I have it!! It keeps getting better & better with every update. This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

This isn't the top of the line but it does ok. I have to set the dryer level up a notch to "more dry" for the clothes to be thoroughly dry. For as big as the capacity is, you should be able to use it and the clothes get dry & not wrinkled. But, not in this case - clothes come out to wrinkly. I like the steam - sanitize options - seater/shoe rack...

LOVE the built-in sink but NOT the loudness. The first one I purchased I asked for a tech to come check out the loudness. He said it shouldn't be that loud and ordered a replacement. Great, I thought.... but the 2nd one I got was the same - - for the money paid, it is way too loud - very annoying. I do not have a closed off utility room so that makes a difference also.

Still Working Fine

I didn't & still don't like the idea that you have to spend more money for an additional piece when they could've created it within the Surface Book. I have multiple monitors so I had to have it. This first one I bought didn't work but Best Buy exchanged it no problem. We don't know if it was due to one of the many glitches in the SB (which they have made great strides in their updates) or if it was the docking station itself. It's working well now.
