I am not one for all the bells and whistles on appliances, just more that could go wrong, but this is a great electric dryer, has wrinkle guard, and buzzers, if you like that kind of thing. Since i usually run my laundry right before I go to bed, I dont want it buzzing at me, so turn it off.

rigid vent not right for everyone

I would tell anyone, only to get the rigid vent line if you NEVER plan on moving your dryer. Yes it vents better, but if you move your dryer to get what just rolled under it, then you can detached that hose, and it will take a while for you to get it back on.
