Clean installation - didn't finish leveling

The crew did a clean and careful job on the installation. However, they did not complete the leveling of the machines. Our laundry has a significant slop of the floor to a floor drain. They made sure all the feet were making contact and the machine did not rock but it was off of level by more than 1 inch side to side. We did not realize this before they left. We adjusted the leveling ourselves later in the day. They should have done this before leaving.

Very handy drawers

Pluses: these drawers are very handy because it puts your appliances at a height where much less bending is required to get into the washer/dryer. Provides convenient storage. The drawer moves easily and has an adjustable divider. In general it is well constructed and include vertically adjustable feet to level your machines.
Minuses: it is too shallow for tall bottles of washing detergent like Tide bottles. To remove the drawers you must unscrew them rather move a lever on the drawer slide like modern cabinet slides. They are pretty expensive for a box with a drawer.

The installation crew of two people were very efficient and careful with the installation. However, they did not complete the leveling of the washing machine. Excellent dryer

We have had the dryer for about 4 weeks. It was purchased with a matching front load washer. It replaces a 20+ year old prayer on which the heater had failed. The dryer works extremely well. The lint filter has a fine enough mesh and tight enough fit to properly capture the lint. The moisture sensor on the dryer is correctly stopping the dryer with clothes dry on the normal setting. Our old dryer we needed to cycle a couple times to do heavy fabrics like towels. The controls are easy to use. We have not yet tried the steam function. We have had absolutely no problems with the machine.

Use a washer you can trust. This Samsung appliance is gentle on clothes and tough on dirt, stains and bacteria. Plus, it has the room and speed to get more laundry done in less time.

Great washing machine

We have had this machine for 4 weeks. We wash about 5 loads per week from delicates to heavy wash. This replaced a 20+ year old top loading machine so it took a few loads for us to understand the controls but the manual is well written and the controls are pretty intuitive. It does a great job washing on the full range of load sizes and types. We have not yet tried the steam wash function. We have had absolutely no problems with the machine.
